SSP NEWS Editorial Team - Current Score: Down 1; Up 2

It’s the last quarter of the year and the SSP NEWS (SSPN) has lost one team member: the indomitable Lois Smith, Director of Communications at the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society, served as the Managing Editor since the beginning of SSPN. She will be greatly missed for her expert copyediting, production management, and grand faculty for article idea generation along with the flair for “nudging” and wonderful sense of humor. Lois left SSPN to assume the position of Co-Chair for the 2009 SSP Annual Meeting. You won’t want to miss it!

Two new editors are joining the team: first, as new Managing Editor will be Holly A. Manning, Editorial Coordinator at Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Holly is a recent graduate of Duke University and brings a great deal of enthusiasm to SSPN.

Our second new team member is Patty Baskin, Managing Editor of Neurology. Patty expands our team by taking on the new position of Associate Editor. She will work with me to solicit articles and produce special features.
